Privacy Policy

AdHouse Marketing (“AdHouse”, “we”, “us”) provides digital marketing services to home improvement and contracting businesses. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and how it’s handled.

Information we collect

This website’s only data-collection point is the contact form on the Contact page. When you submit it, we collect the details you provide: first and last name, business name, phone number, email address, city/service area, your biggest current challenge, your budget range, and any additional notes you enter. We also automatically log the date and time of submission and the page you submitted it from.

Like most web servers, our hosting environment keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser user agent, requested pages, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting purposes. We do not currently run any third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts on this website.

How we use your information

We use contact form submissions only to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether our services are a good fit for your business, and follow up about a potential strategy call. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to responding to your request.

Spam protection

Our contact form includes a hidden “honeypot” field that is invisible to real visitors and only ever filled in by automated bots. Submissions that fill it in are treated as spam and discarded. This field never contains genuine personal data.

Cookies

This website does not use marketing, analytics, or advertising cookies. WordPress may set a small number of strictly functional cookies needed for the site to operate correctly (for example, session cookies used only if you ever log in to the site’s admin area). Comments are disabled sitewide, so no comment-related cookies are set.

Who we share information with

Contact form submissions are stored in our website’s database and are accessible only to AdHouse Marketing staff who need them to follow up with you. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

How long we keep your data

We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details below.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, contact us using the details on our Contact page.

Changes to this policy

If we change what data we collect or how we use it, we’ll update this page. Significant changes will be reflected in the date this policy was last modified.
